Thursday, February 5th | 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Unstructured time to drop in, say hi, and explore our offices, healing spaces, and the wide range of services we offer.
5:00 PM – 5:25 PM: Gentle yoga and stretching with Michele from Practical Yoga Therapy.
5:25PM – 5:45 PM: Closing sound bowl journey with Lisa from Truth. Beauty. Life.
