Under the Oaks is a DIY-friendly event venue where we provide the beautiful space, tables, and chairs, and you bring everything else needed to make your celebration your own. This includes items such as linens, food and beverages, speakers and microphones, décor, and any other event essentials you may need.Space: Enjoy 2 acres of natural beauty.Parking: Parking available for up to 20 vehicles, with coordination support from the Under the Oaks team as needed.Seating and Tables: We provide 50 white plastic folding chairs, six 8-foot tables, six 6-foot tables, eight 5-foot round tables, and four cocktail tables (24 inches round and 43 inches high).Photography: A variety of photo opportunities, including under a chandelier hanging from an oak tree (available upon request), a pergola for ceremonies and photos, and a beautiful rock formation.Amenities: You'll have access to a clean, well-maintained restroom. We also provide trash cans and handle all trash removal at the end of the night. Depending on the scope of your event—and for an additional fee if applicable—we can assist with hanging draping on the pergola or oak trees and hang our chandeliers off our oak trees. We’re here to help bring your vision to life safely and beautifully.Bridal Suite: For an additional fee of $125, we can provide a tranquil room inside our wellness center for use as a bridal suite or for other needs.Catering: Outside catering is welcome.Chandeliers: We have two beautiful chandeliers that can be hung from our majestic oak trees to add an extra touch of sparkle and ambiance to your event.Community: We’d be happy to connect you with our amazing preferred vendors, whether you need an officiant, photography, or anything else.

The deposit will be applied toward your total balance. For events booked within 90 days of the event date, payment in full is required at booking.Event Insurance: Event insurance is required for all rentals and can typically be purchased online for no more than $100. We'll provide the information you need to make the process simple.Security Deposit: Depending on the size and scope of your event, a refundable security deposit may be required. Following your event, we’ll inspect the property either the same day or the following day. As long as everything is left in good condition, your security deposit will be returned within 3 business days.

Like everything at Under the Oaks, we’ll customize a plan that fits you and your event perfectly. One of the best things about our venue is its versatility—you’re free to decorate in your own style (within reason).Safety is our top priority, so we do not allow bounce houses or any equipment that could pose a risk of injury or hurt our land. We do allow alcohol; however, our required bartending service, Spunky Spirits, must be hired.To help protect both you and the venue from potential liability, we require event insurance unless otherwise instructed.
